Starway" finished his Stallion Performance Test with the performance standard Kl. I (marks among others: character 9,0; galopp 9,0; event-test 9,0). He was the winner of the qualifications for the German Bundeschampionat for young German breed eventhorses in 1994 and 1995! Furthermore he received the Robert-Vietor-Event-Cup, an award for the most successful novice eventhorse in 1994. In the final of the Bundeschampionat for young eventhorses in 1994 he was placed second with the marks 9,0!

"Starway's" sire was the Thoroughbred "Star Regent". As a three-to-five-years-old he was raced over the flat, hurdles and steeples and obtained a GAG of 93,5 kg. When he finished his career he changed very successfully to showjumping up to Kl.M, won eight times and got placed 55 times, telling it's own tale!
